About the Event

Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga, a 5,000 year old science from India that teaches how to bring balance with food and routines. Gather together with other mothers to cook grounding food that has huge emotional and mental benefits for us mothers.

We will be discussing  "ambivilence" or the feeling of wanting two opposite things at the same time. This is an important and common part of motherhood - sometimes we need to be alone and we also want to be with our baby at the same time!

10:00am - 11:00am - Cook together, discussion while kids are in free childcare. Register kids here

11:00am - 11:30am - Eat together. Kids will join us! Feel free to bring your child a sack lunch.
