Cozy Tea - Postpartum
This tea recipe is perfect for after you have your baby. The naturally sweet cinnamon and the grounding turmeric are fantastic for your new, postpartum body and soul.

Cozy Tea - Great for Postpartum
2 cups boiling water
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
Boil water and add sugar, cinnamon, turmeric. (You may want to adjust sugar amount to taste.) Let cool to your favorite temperature and enjoy.
