Cozy Tea - Great for Postpartum
2 cups boiling water
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
Boil water and add sugar, cinnamon, turmeric. (You may want to adjust sugar amount to taste.) Let cool to your favorite temperature and enjoy.
